Grimsby Minster is at the heart of the community of North East Lincolnshire and the Minster Choirs are at the heart of music making in the Minster. Choristers form part of a long tradition and are drawn from schools and colleges across North East Lincolnshire and beyond. We offer a first-rate music education, at no cost, and sing music to the highest professional standards.
Have a look at our site to find out how to join us, and to find out what our Choristers enjoy about being in our choirs. Don’t forget to check out our News page for the very latest information about our Choirs.
Opportunities exist for:
- Boys and girls from any school (aged 7+)

We have two Choirs at the Minster: the Minster Choir, which sings every Sunday morning during term time as well as extra services around Christmas and Easter. This consists of children singing treble (aged 7+) and teenagers or young adults singing Alto, Tenor, or Bass. Our second choir is the Minster Singers, consisting of talented sopranos, altos, tenors, and basses, aged 14+. Contact our Director of Music for more details or telephone Grimsby (01472) 277277.
